Embrace the Fun: Stepping Out of Our Comfort Zone with Aero Flex!

Ever feel like life needs a little shake-up? Well, Eadie and I decided to do just that. We signed up for a trial lesson of Aero Flex, and let me tell you, it was so much fun!


A 50-minute class where you’re stretching, balancing, and even hanging upside down, all with the help of a hammock. Aero Flex isn’t just about getting a great workout; it’s about challenging yourself, laughing through the wobbles, and discovering just how flexible you can be—both physically and mentally.

When we first walked in, we were a mix of excited and nervous, but that quickly went away once we started. Before we knew it, we were flipping and swinging like pros (well, almost). It was honestly so much fun as we both got to trial this new adventure together. By the end, we were so pumped that we signed up for the term on the spot! It’s such a great way to stay active, swap the gym for a change and it’s added some extra fun into our weekly routine.

If you’ve also been thinking you’re wanting to mix things up and try something totally different, just do it! Life’s too short to stay in your comfort zone—just go ahead and have some fun! We went to Stretch Base at Pagewood, no doubt there will probably be something similar out there near you!
