The SWIISH decadently delicious GLOW Hot Chocolate has to be one of my personal favourites when it comes to the SWIISH Wellness range.
This skin loving collagen creeps into my daily rituals, and I just LOVE it! GLOW collagen contains cacao, vanilla & cinnamon, so it’s the perfect addition to any hot chocolate.
Feel free to also add to your iced-coffee, morning piccolo, smoothie, protein ball, mug cake, chocolate bark- honestly the list goes on!
As the most abundant protein in the human body, collagen is so important for our skin, muscles & bones. As we age, our natural collagen declines, leading us to an increase in wrinkles and loss of our natural skin elasticity.

What does it taste like?You guessed it – like CHOCOLATE! Our special blend also has a faint hint of cinnamon.
What does hydrolysed mean?Our collagen has been through a process known as hydrolysis whereby long-chain amino acids have been broken down using water into smaller molecular components called small-chain amino acids. As a result, it is now soluble in water and more easily absorbed by the body when consumed. The common term for this is “bioavailability”. These small-chain amino acids (also known as peptides) are absorbed by the body to help regenerate lost collagen such as the collagen that occurs naturally in the deepest layers of skin known as the dermis. This in turn helps reduce wrinkles caused by ageing.
What is bovine collagen?
The Bovine Collagen used in GLOW Hot Chocolate is Type 1 Hydrolysed Collagen, from beef.
Where does your collagen come from? Are the cows grass-fed?
Our internationally renowned collagen manufacturer ensures our product is produced to the highest quality and scientific standards. The cows used for our GLOW Collagen are responsibly fed on grass in Europe for the majority of the year. However there are times when the grass is not plentiful enough to keep them happy and sustained, and as such, they can be supplemented with non-GMO grains.
What is the difference between marine collagen and bovine collagen?
Bovine Collagen is sourced from beef. Marine Collagen is sourced from fish.
How long before I see results?According to extensive scientific research, you can expect to see results within 4 weeks of taking it daily. You should see skin become more hydrated, then an improvement in fine lines and wrinkles by about 6-8 weeks. By the 10-12 week mark, most people notice an increase in skin elasticity and firmness.
