I have a journal I’m prompted by and absolutely everything & anything that makes me smile goes into it! If it be the happy barista that makes your morning coffee, if it be the little puppy looking at you at the traffic lights, time with your loved ones or even an impromptu catch up with a friend. What ever makes you smile- be grateful for that! x
