Eadie’s Spring Time Smoothie
Smoothies are a big one in our house, especially on the go!
Before school, after school, before weekend sports and not to mention we love making them for a sweet dessert.
Eadie loves creating her own, so she’s sharing a recipe she whipped up one Saturday with you all!
If you’re wanting to treat yourself to an "adults only” version feel free to add 30 mls of Vodka-
the perfect Spring time cocktail!
Ingredients:
1 C water
1/2 C frozen mango
3 frozen passionfruit cubes
1/4 C frozen coconut chunks
1 teaspoon chia seeds
optional vodka
optional Pina Colada Collagen
Method:
Blitz all ingredients and serve with some fresh mint,
