Time to start doing

Morning routines, who’s got one? I thought I did about a year ago, and that to me was just getting out the door,  alive and in one piece for the school drop off. All while running through my brain “ I hope I haven’t forgotten anything” (like her lunch or her hat) on the way.

That has since all changed. I used to think I was a pretty organised person, but I was wrong. I was over committing, over scheduling and always “BUSY”. I then started to implement little changes every day, to get me where I am now. Thanks to the help of hers truly Lorraine Murphy, who not only wrote the most incredible book on getting Organised, but within that book introduced me to another Amazing one, called The Miracle Morning!

Hal Elrod is the author behind this incredible book, and has created what’s called the Miracle Morning, 6 habits that will literally change your life before 8am!

My morning is the most important part of my day, as it’s MY time. I get up a lot earlier then my family, so I can focus on the things that matter to ME. Now I’m not saying that mornings are for everyone, so if you're a night owl, that’s ok too. (My daughter is also one of these!) But for me personally I’m a lot more productive first thing in the morning, so you must do what works for YOU.

Last year I read a lot of books on personal development, and not to mention my obsession with Podcasts that I also have! It’s such a great way to invest in YOURSELF, implementing little things each day will eventually become a habit, and you will end up doing all the things you love to do on auto pilot!

  • I’ll share with you a few of my favorite Podcasts, and then it’s over to you to just get started! On the drive to work, after you drop the kids off at school, or even just setting aside 10 mins of your day for YOU, just get started! Don’t wait for Humpday or the Weekend, or next week. START NOW! What ever change you want to make, if it’s to choose the healthier food option, get more active, wake up earlier, JUST start doing!!! Only you can make these positive changes, no one else.
