Spicy Beef Brisket
This has got to be yet another family favourite. Perfect for weekend meal prep, or a great one to do when entertaining. All ingredients go straight into the slow cooker, or in my case stove top, and are left to simmer away for 6 hrs. You will come back to the most perfect slow cooked shredded brisket. It is honestly mouth watering, the best way for me to describe the smell and flavours of this recipe are just like a freshly cooked supreme pizza!! Hope you enjoy.
Ingredients :
1 red capsicum, sliced into strips
1 green capsicum, sliced into strips
1 brown onion, sliced
