Choc Peanut Butter Nice Cream

This recipe was shared with me, for the life of me I can’t remember who made it, or what exactly was in it?? So I’ve tweaked a few ingredients and made my own! All you will require from the kitchen is a food processor and a dish to freeze in.

(My processor is just a cheapy from Target and does the job just fine!)


Ingredients:

3 TBS milk, your choice

1 scoop vanilla/peanut butter/chocolate protein powder

1 TBS Cacao

1 TBS Chocolate Collagen Glow Powder, optional

3 frozen bananas, chopped

2 TBS Peanut Butter/Nut Butter/Cashew Spread/Biscoff

Crushed Peanuts, I use what ever nuts I have on hand.


Method:

Place all ingredients into a food processor, and blitz until an ice cream texture has formed and all ingredients are combine. Feel free to add more bananas if you want it thicker, more cacao if you like a chocolate hit and more PB if that’s your thing! Hope you enjoy!

If you happen to have left overs, freeze in an airtight container.
