Easter in a smoothie

Ingredients:

150ml milk of your choice, coconut,skim,almond

100 ml water

1 scoop vanilla/caramel protein powder

1 t cinnamon

1 t maca powder ( great for hormone balance, energy, mood, immune system)

1 T chia seeds, full of Omega 3

2 T oats, full of fibre & antioxidants

1 T honey, OR sub with maple syrup, rice malt, medjool date syrup. All great natural sweeteners

1/2 Frozen banana

Blend!

This smoothie, is amazing!! Fantastic for breakfast on the go, or even for that 3pm pick me up. All super healthy ingredients, and once purchased, you will have them on hand to make this recipe time and time again. No doubt it will become one of your smoothie staples! Enjoy x
