Vietnamese Dipping Sauce

This is one of our all time favourites, hope you love it as much as we do

Juice of 2 limes/lemons

1 tablespoon caster sugar

1 crushed garlic clove

2 tablespoons fish sauce

1 chilli-optional 

This is a great base, we love it, but your taste buds may differ from ours so if your after a slightly different flavour follow the below.

• more salty, add an extra teaspoon of Fish Sauce

• more sweet, add an extra teaspoon of sugar

• more sour, add 1 more lemon or lime
