SIRT- Morning Smoothie

Serves 1

Ingredients:

200 mls almond milk

100g plain greek yoghurt

1/2 tsp turmeric

3 whole walnuts

8-10 strawberries

1 Medjool date, pitted

20g dark chocolate

1-2 mm slice birds eye chilli

handful of kale

Blitz all ingredients in blender until smooth
