Chia or Oats for overnight soaking?
Overnight Coconut Breakfast Pots
If you’re anything like me, and cannot make a decision (because both options are AH-MAZING), let me introduce to you the overnight Chia/Oat’s. I always find a chia pot doesn’t fill me up for long enough , and the overnight oats are too heavy. So now I just mix the two together. Here we have Breakfast Pots!
This is a great recipe to plan ahead, will take you 2 minutes to blitz all together, then just goes into the fridge over night to be grabbed on your way out the door in the morning. That EASY! No excuses!
If your making it for one day, you may as well be making it for three days! Don’t forget to add all the additional toppers, I love coconut flakes, walnuts, pepitas, sunflower seeds and don’t forget fruit too for some natural sweetness!!

Ingredients:
1 Cup oats
1 Cup Chia Seeds
2 Cups milk, water,coconut milk
1 Tablespoon medjool date syrup, honey, rice malt syrup
Optional Chocolate Collagen Powder
Optional dried fruits & Protein Powder
Blitz all together with either a stick blender, nutri bullet, blender.
There you have, a healthy, no fail, breakfast on the go!
