The Pancakes that never Fail
Pancakes
Now do I have a recipe for you! These have been our household go-to pancakes since Eadie was about 2 years old, and they never disappoint . They are so light and fluffy and have the most delicious flavour, it may be the sugar haha, so if you’re not a fan maybe reduce the quantity by half. If making Pancakes from scratch is not your thing, I can highly recommend The Protein Pancake for a quick fix, just add water! Use the Code LISACAKE for 10% off Luke’s delicious packs :) If you don’t fancy standing over the stove flipping these one by one, I can highly recommend pouring the entire batter into a greased baking tray topped with some berries, bake until golden at around 180 degrees, then all you need to do is slice up your portions :) Enjoy!
Ingredients:
3/4 C milk
2 Tablespoons white vinegar

1 egg
2 Tablespoons butter, melted
TOPPING OPTIONS

Lemon & Sugar
Method:
Combine milk with Vinegar in a medium bowl, and set side for 5 minute to 'sour'.
Combine flour, sugar, baking powder, bicarb soda, and salt into a large mixing bowl. Whisk egg and butter into 'Soured Milk'. Pour the flour mixture into the wet ingredients and whisks until all lumps are gone.
Heat a large skillet over medium heat, and coat with cooking spray or butter. Pour 1/4 cup of batter, and cook until bubbles appear on the surface. Flip with a spatula, and cook until browned on the other side.
Add all of your favourite toppings and ENJOY!!!
