B.Y.O Overnight Oats
Serves 4- 10minute prep-( overnight refrigeration)
Ingredients:
1 1/3 cups rolled oats (120g)
1/3 c chia seeds (55g)
3/4 cup flaked coconut (35g)
2 1/2 cups milk (625mls)
1/3 cup coconut yoghurt (95g)
1 TBS maple syrup
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/8 tsp pink salt
Flavour Combos:
Banana and Cashew Spread
Peanut Butter and Raspberries
Cinnamon and Grated Apple
Blueberries and raspberries
Sultanas and Grated Apple
Mango and Coconut
Maple Syrup, Cinnamon and grated Apple
Grated Carrot and Medjool Dates
Any seasonal fruit you have will always work, and if you like it a little on the sweeter side, add more maple syrup, honey, sultans, medjool dates.
Method:
Mix all ingredients into a large bowl, stir to combine. leave oats in the fridge overnight to set, or divide through Mason jars, with layers of your favourite flavour combos. Oats will keep in the fridge for up to 5 days.
