Salted Caramel Bliss Balls
When my gorgeous friend Kim, from The Healthy Little B Nutrition shared her Bliss Ball recipe on Instagram I reckon I must have had them made within the hour!! Salty & Caramel is just what they are, not to mention full of goodness!! The dates in this recipe are what gives these treats their chewy sweetness, and with a few nuts and a pinch of salt you have yourself a delightful snack.

I have tweaked the recipe (slightly- sorry Kim ), so grab the original here
Ingredients:
Pinch of pink salt
1 TBS rice malt
3 TBS vanilla protein powder
2 TBS pepitas/sunflower seeds
1 cup raw cashew nuts
12 Medjool dates, seeds removed
Method:
Essentially you want to mix all ingredients together and have a sticky consistency at the end. I don’t have the luxury of owning a food processor these days so I just use my Breville Boss To Go which is very similar to a Nutra Bullet.
I start by breaking down the cashews and pepitas, then transfer into a large bowl. I will then blitz up the Medjool dates, and gradually add all remaining ingredients in and mix until a sticky consistency forms. If it’s not sticky enough, feel free to add a teaspoon at a time of water.
I use a TBS to measure out my mixture equally, roll balls out and then roll into desiccated coconut.
Keep in an airtight container in the fridge, or even freeze for future use. Perfect for that 3 pm pick me up, lunchboxes or even after dinner when you are craving that sweet treat. Hope you enjoy! And thanks Kim for your AMAZING recipe.
